Sr Level Sales Manger Positing (Mortgage)

Greystone Capital Home Lending is a hybrid residential Mortgage Broker and Correspondent Lender based in western Washington. We are currently seeking a proven Sr. Loan Officer who is not only actively originating loans but desires to further utilize their leadership skills to help us build and lead a team of producers around them. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the mortgage industry, guidelines, loan structuring, and leadership experience. We are looking for a Sr. Loan Officer who walks-the-walk and talks-the-talk. We are looking for someone who brings their own book of business, knows how to also work the business from a leads-based perspective, and has a burning desire to replicate themselves through leadership, management, and team development. Position Highlights • A sales management & loan origination position. • Commission Based. • Earning from personal production & team overrides. • Potential to lead into a regional and national sales manager position. Key Responsibilities • Originate Loans. • Continue to foster your own book of business. • Assist GM with recruitment, interviewing, and training efforts. • Build and manage a team below you. • Write policies, procedures, and SOP’s. • Learn quickly, remain self-motivated and driven for success. • Assist GM with general marketing efforts. • Help maintain and improve our highly customizable CRM/Marketing platform. • Aid in the creation or new online marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation efforts. • Write powerful sales focused marketing copy to help improve ad response rates and improve conversion ratios. • Manage & Train our remote virtual assistant to work alongside you to aid with recruiting efforts and lead follow-up’s. • Assist GM with growing our lead gen program for Realtor’s. Minimum Requirements • 5+ years’ experience in Residential Mortgage lending. • 1+ yrs experience as a mortgage broker within the last 4 years. • Averages of 3+ fundings per month over the last three months. • MLO License for the state of Washington.
