About the Role: As an Entry Level Investment (Loan Ops) Analyst, you’ll support the settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades, collaborating with sales and trading teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade processing. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Facilitating and verifying the settlement of syndicated loan trades. • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address trade exceptions and client queries. • Managing risk throughout the trade processing lifecycle. • Providing support for trade confirmation, allocation, and account setup. • Ensuring accuracy and compliance across loan operations processes. What You’ll Need: • Bachelor’s degree (required). • Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and clients. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage large workloads in a fast-paced setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management. • A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of loan operations or syndicated loans is a plus. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
