Job Responsibilities: As a ETL test lead, lead the testing effort and coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders in the agile team. Represent the QA team during planning sessions and meetings with the various stakeholders. Work with the offshore team to plan, construct and execute tests. Design, develop, create, and execute test plans, test strategy and test cases based on software requirements Troubleshoot, in conjunction with end users and development teams, on issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software Generate defect reports for issues found during testing and provide accurate test status to project stakeholders Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2 + years' of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) testing experience Required Skills: ETL Datawarehouse Testing Strong SQL and/or PL-SQL skills Experience in QA Testing (Agile Methodologies) Test Management (Good knowledge on ALM & CA Agile Central) tools Working experience in Agile environment is must Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, management/business skills
