Loan Support Associate - Dealer Floorplan Automobile Reconcilers

About the position As a Loan Support Associate at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the Dealer Floorplan Automobile Reconcilers organization, ensuring the security of collateral (automobiles) and reconciling audits conducted by third-party companies. This position allows for remote work with a requirement to be in the office one day a month. You will be responsible for reviewing dealership audits, verifying inventory accuracy, and communicating with dealers for any necessary clarifications or corrections. The role emphasizes analytical skills, organization, and effective communication to support the risk function of the dealer floorplan group. Responsibilities • Execute standard transactions and processes utilizing established procedures. , • Reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. , • Partner with internal and external business partners to route communications and documents. , • Identify and address exceptions, escalating appropriately when necessary. , • Interact with customers and manage assigned accounts or portfolios. , • Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. , • Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. , • Complete research and provide feedback on workflow and work received. , • Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
