Senior Investment Banker for US based company ( Remote )

We are currently seeking a Senior Investment Banker to join a prominent investment banking firm based in the US. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading financial transactions, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic financial guidance. Responsibilities • Lead and manage all stages of the investment banking process, including client engagement, financial analysis, and deal execution. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives. • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to support transaction structuring. • Prepare pitch materials and presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities to clients. • Perform due diligence and risk assessment for potential investment transactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality financial advice and solutions. • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the investment banking sector. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in investment banking or significant financial advisory roles. • Strong understanding of financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial software tools. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards of client service.
