We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our daily operations, including data entry, customer service, dispatching, and parts ordering. Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks. Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams. Coordinate dispatching of service technicians. Assist with parts ordering and inventory management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Work Environment
