Customer Support / Data Entry Our client in the Charlotte area is looking for a Customer Service Representaive, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Temp-to-Hire. . Pay = $18-20 an hour! Responsibilities Handling phone and email customer service within CRM system. Using Excel for reporting, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and multple email boxes. Keying orders, and data entry. Requirements 1+ years of customer service representative/support experience. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint) Professional verbal and written communication Excellent typing, and systems skills.
