Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated and results-driven Regional Placement Coordinator to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities Empower students by creating tailored career plans, which include assistance with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with local employers, industry partners, and community organizations to enhance placement opportunities. Drive placement success by identifying, securing, and monitoring job placements for our students. Provide continuous support to students post-placement, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Analyze placement data to offer insights and recommendations for program improvement. Required Skills Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient written and verbal communication abilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications. A genuine passion for facilitating the success of young individuals. Capability to travel within your designated region with a valid drivers license. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in workforce development, education, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a similar domain. Experience with Job Corps programs or other youth development initiatives is a plus. Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage. Experience in data analysis and reporting is favorable.
