ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Contact notaries to have documents re-signed or acknowledged. • Ship out loans and clear conditions with investors on or before target delivery date. • QC loans prior to shipping to investors. • Stay up-to-date on delivery requirements for investors. • Identify incorrect or missing documents. • Manage daily pipelines of loans. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • 1/+ years of experience in a post-closing capacity. • Proficiency in insuring FHA, VA, and USDA loan products. • Encompass experience is a plus! • FNMA/FHLMC ULDD delivery experience is a plus! • Expert customer service skills. • Impeccable organizational/time management skills. • Ability to multitask. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail. • Growth mindset – look for problems and develops solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General home office environment. Some lifting and bending will be required.
