Vendor Management Associate
Description: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Vendor Management Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring social media activity by Loan Officers (LOs) and other employees across various platforms to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role will involve reviewing social media reports, creating tickets for non-compliant posts, and following up with employees to ensure corrective actions are taken. As the volume of compliance issues decreases, there is potential for this role to expand into other tasks within the Vendor Management department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address issues clearly and professionally. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ticketing or compliance management systems is a plus. Comfortable working independently and proactively, with the ability to learn and take on new responsibilities quickly. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems as necessary. Comfortable escalating issues when required and working collaboratively with other departments.
