Description: • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Vendor Management Associate to join our team. • This role is responsible for monitoring social media activity by Loan Officers (LOs) and other employees across various platforms to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. • The role will involve reviewing social media reports, creating tickets for non-compliant posts, and following up with employees to ensure corrective actions are taken. • As the volume of compliance issues decreases, there is potential for this role to expand into other tasks within the Vendor Management department. • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address issues clearly and professionally. • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and communications. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ticketing or compliance management systems is a plus. • Comfortable working independently and proactively, with the ability to learn and take on new responsibilities quickly. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. • Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems as necessary. • Comfortable escalating issues when required and working collaboratively with other departments.
