Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Responsibilities: - Review loan applications and verify all necessary documents and information - Ensure all loan files are complete and accurate - Communicate with borrowers to gather any missing or additional documentation - Analyze credit reports, income statements, and other financial information to determine loan eligibility - Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate the loan approval process - Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for final approval - Coordinate with escrow companies, title officers, and other parties involved in the loan closing process - Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and fair housing policies Skills: - Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes - Knowledge of escrow procedures and contract terms - Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and loan origination processes - Understanding of fair housing regulations and compliance requirements - Strong mathematical skills for calculating interest rates, payments, and fees - Experience in loan processing or mortgage servicing preferred - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
