Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and maintaining data to support various projects and initiatives. This role requires proficiency in data management systems and a strong understanding of data entry processes. The Data Collector will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Responsibilities • Collect and input data from various sources into databases and spreadsheets. • Transcribe information accurately from documents to digital formats. • Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information. • Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems. • Perform clerical tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents. • Conduct basic math calculations to verify data accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with databases and data management systems. • Basic math skills for accurate data verification. • Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in transcribing information. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
