Key Responsibilities
Include:Assessing and evaluating patient care needs, offering solutions for patient care concerns. Identifying and recommending improvements for departmental challenges. Assisting in evaluating departmental efficiency and suggesting necessary changes. Required Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).Preferred Qualifications:Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.Compensation: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $28.03 to $54.95 based on various factors including local labor market conditions, education, and experience.
