Job Overview As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Client Management team, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and service. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to lead and influence the success of our clients while contributing to our organizational growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and execute a daily client checklist for over 200 clients. • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media Buying and Delivery, to ensure client needs are met. • Maintain and update client CRM and account details diligently. • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to guarantee optimal service delivery. • Organize in-depth discussions with clients to provide ongoing support and strategize for success. • Monitor client requests and ensure timely responses to their needs. • Mentor clients to maximize their results and overall experience. Required Skills • Strong motivation and a proactive "go-getter" mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective business interactions. • Proven leadership capabilities and a history of driving client satisfaction. • Ability to coach and guide clients toward optimizing their service experience. • Reliable home office setup with a robust internet connection. • A dedicated and quiet workspace conducive to remote work. • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to new strategies and innovations. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client retention and management. • A track record of exceptional attendance and performance with minimal supervision. • Experience in phone sales, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation (preferred). • Background in coaching or sales management (preferred).

Compensation
