Sr. Director, Global Order Process Management

Varian Medical Systems is looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Sr. Director of Global Order Process Management to lead our order management processes and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor order processes in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 8 years of experience in order management, supply chain management, or a related field. You must have exceptional communication and leadership skills, and you must be able to quickly learn and understand Varian Medical Systems’ business processes and goals. Your ability to develop and drive effective strategies and initiatives will be essential in this role. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the order process management team to ensure customer satisfaction • Design, execute, and monitor order processes in fast-paced environment • Develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives to optimize global order processes • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure order process accuracy and compliance • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and performance data to identify areas of improvement • Provide leadership and guidance to the team and ensure the team meets deadlines • Monitor customer feedback and act on customer inquiries and complaints • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of order management, supply chain management, and related fields • Foster collaboration and team spirit within the order process management team Varian Medical Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
