Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Agent Marketing division as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The opening aligns to our digital and social function and focuses on improving agents’ digital enablement through marketing programs, initiatives and capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital marketing skill set including expertise in display advertising, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, audio/video streaming platforms, and other emerging digital channels. You will analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and implement creative and data-driven campaigns to effectively reach and engage our target customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools to measure key metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, a minimum of 3 years of professional-level digital media expertise is required. Candidates should have a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of various digital platforms, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
