Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and refine budgets, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and financial models. Industry Expertise: Provide branch reporting and analysis specific to mortgage banking requirements. Commission & Incentives: Oversee Retail/Wholesale commission processing and administer the CompenSafe system. Regulatory Reporting: Contribute to quarterly Mortgage Call Reports and MBFRF filings. Executive Support: Deliver strategic insights and reports for leadership, including JV financials and special projects. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Qualifications 7+ Years in Financial Analysis: Strong track record in mortgage banking is required.
