Key Responsibilities • Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children aged 0-14 and their families via our digital platform. • Implement recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP) to enhance mental health outcomes. • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans directly within the platform. • Engage in weekly case review meetings and collaborate with management to uphold the highest standards of care. Required Skills • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT and PMT. • Competence with technology and a willingness to integrate innovative solutions into your clinical practice. • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a clinical team. Qualifications • Master's degree in a relevant discipline. • Independently licensed in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). • A minimum of 1 year of independent clinical experience with children and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

Compensation

And Benefits • This position is an hourly W2 role with a competitive rate of $85 per hour. • Estimated annual part-time compensation for 10-20 clinical hours per week (assuming 45 working weeks): (38,250 - )76,500.
