Job Description • Oversee and manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple countries. • Administer and manage global employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks. • Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline payroll and benefits processes and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations related to payroll and benefits. • Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants on audits, reporting, and process enhancements. • Act as a key resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring an excellent employee experience. The Successful Applicant • 5-7+ years of experience managing global payroll and benefits in professional services, financial services, or a similar industry. • Must have global experience. • Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and benefit structures. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven experience working with third-party payroll and benefits vendors. • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
