RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers • Use a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls • Know the proper servicing processes for basic State Farm policies (taking payments, coverage changes, Necho, ECRM, claims, etc QUALIFICATIONS: • Current Property and Casualty license • Current Life and Health license • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred • Marketing experience preferred • Spanish bilingual preferred • Able to make presentations to potential customers • Self-motivated • People-oriented • Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement • Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers BENEFITS: • Salary plus commission/bonus • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) • Health insurance reimbursement • Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office This is a remote position.
