Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Manager, Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our paid media analytics efforts and driving key data insights that will inform our paid media strategy globally. You will be responsible for optimizing our paid media spend, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights. As a self-starter, you will work autonomously to scope issues, form critical inquiries, analyze complex data, and present insights that influence decision-making. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a strong ability to uncover trends and opportunities through data. Responsibilities: Support the paid media analytics function by identifying data-driven opportunities to optimize global paid media spend. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of paid media spend. Develop and implement reporting and analytics frameworks to support decision-making. Create and communicate custom reports and analyses to guide paid media strategy. Develop KPIs and scorecards to measure performance, ensuring a focus on results and driving execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect data, draw inferences, and identify key insights. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
