Ensure all reservations are accurate, confirmed, and meet clients’ expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, policies, and regulations. Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments to bookings as needed. Collaborate with team members to resolve any booking issues or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
