By DATA Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Helpdesk Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of their systems and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote IT support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently. Assist users with system access, password resets, and software installation. Maintain documentation and ticketing systems to track and resolve incidents. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT service management software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Preferred Skills: Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
