Job Title: Sales Business Development Associate - Part-Time, Remote, Flexible Hours Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sales Business Development Associate to join our innovative team. This remote, part-time position offers the flexibility to work on your terms while supporting businesses in achieving their growth objectives through effective meeting scheduling with high-level executives. Key Responsibilities • Schedule initial meetings with senior executives on behalf of clients. • Communicate value propositions effectively via phone, email, and voicemail to optimize meeting success. • Maintain precise records within the CRM system, analyze performance data, and strategize for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the research team to enhance prospect lists and outreach quality. • Confirm meetings, generate comprehensive reports, and provide consultative sales insights to clients. • Acquire a thorough understanding of complex client offerings to prepare for prospect meetings and participate in virtual internal and client discussions. Required Skills • 10+ years of demonstrated success in securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director). • Proficiency in building rapport quickly and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations. • Strong familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and videoconferencing platforms like Zoom. • Exceptional organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and stable Wi-Fi connection. • Successful completion of a Salesforce aptitude test and role play will be required during the interview process.
