Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager of Logistics and Trade to oversee and optimize our supply chain technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, logistics, trade compliance, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, both domestically and internationally, through the use of advanced technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs. • Manage and coordinate the integration of transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems. • Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and customs requirements through technology solutions. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of logistics software and tools. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. • Lead and mentor a team of IT and logistics professionals. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within logistics and trade. • Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficient in logistics software and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and any step rate pay system of the actual work location, as applicable to the role or position.
