We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper with extensive experience in QuickBooks Online to manage and streamline our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions.???? Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks OnlineMaintain accurate financial records by tracking all financial transactionsPerform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations monthlyProcess accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entriesPrepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reportsProcess payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulationsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborate with external accountants for audits, tax returns, and financial reviewsEnsure proper categorization of all transactions in QuickBooks OnlineProvide recommendations to improve financial procedures and processesMonitor financial discrepancies and resolve them promptly? Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with a minimum of 2 years working specifically with QuickBooks OnlineQuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (preferred)Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reportsExcellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityExperience with payroll processing and related tax filingsKnowledge of industry-specific bookkeeping practices [if applicable: e.g., SaaS, retail, or personal grooming industries]Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)????
