Job Title: Delaware Virtual School Psychologist (Spring 2025) Location: Delaware (Remote) Hourly Rate: $40 - $50/hour Start Date: January 2024 (Spring Semester) About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated School Psychologist to assist us with a vacancy we have in Delaware. This remote position allows you to provide essential psychological services to K-12 students across the state, all while working from the comfort of your own home. In this role, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students' academic, behavioral, and emotional development. You?ll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure that students have the resources they need to succeed in their educational journey. What You?ll Do: ? Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, and emotional development. ? Provide Counseling: Offer virtual individual and group counseling services to students addressing emotional, social, and behavioral needs. ? Collaborate with Teams: Work with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and implement IEPs and 504 Plans to support students' unique learning and mental health needs. ? Consultation: Provide expert advice on mental health strategies and behavioral interventions to staff and families. ? Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all assessments, counseling sessions, and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements. ? Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and regulations in school psychology and remote therapy practices. Who You Are: ? Education: Master?s or Education Specialist degree in School Psychology. ? Certification: Valid School Psychologist Certification in Delaware. ? Experience: Previous experience in a school setting (virtual or in-person) is highly preferred. ? Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting. ? Knowledge: Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments, IEP development, and best practices in supporting K-12 students' mental health and academic success. ? Technology: Comfortable using virtual platforms for assessments and counseling (experience with telehealth tools a plus). What We Offer: ?
