Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. The role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, performance optimization, and working with large datasets to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Power BI Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with business requirements.
- Ensure scalability and reusability of reports across teams.
- Data Optimization:
- Optimize Power BI performance for faster load times and efficient data refresh processes.
- Implement DAX queries and calculations for improved performance and functionality.
- Data Modeling:
- Develop and maintain data models within Power BI.
- Ensure robust ETL processes for accurate data extraction and transformation from various sources.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Liaise with database developers and data engineers to optimize data sources.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in report design and performance tuning.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
