Deputy Head of Recruitment

Our team is constantly growing with awesome people joining us everyday and we are happy to expand our Recruitment team even more! We're looking for a hands-on and responsible teammate to manage our crew and lend a hand in some exciting new projects. This role means everyday work with Head of Recruitment in managing the team, recruitment RnD and some heavy lifting in HR analytics. We're always interested in the best ways to do recruitment, and if you feel like you can bring something to the table, keep reading - this might be just the job for you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with the head of recruitment to further strengthen our team. As necessary, you'll stand in for the head, although on a daily basis, you'll be working closely together, managing and evolving our team.
  • Share your expertise in assessing and selecting new talents during interviews.
  • Dig into data and communicate insights, keeping everyone informed about our projects.
  • Build relationships with our partners who help us find the best people.
  • Leverage new tools and services to make our recruitment process even better.
  • Support our team's growth by helping employees further develop and learn.
  • Improve communication and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Participate in organising internal events for our team.
  • Keep track of fresh information about candidates and thoroughly manage our system

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

  • Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable.
  • High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint.

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Strong interest in IT, programming, modern technologies
  • Any technical or trading background
