Key Responsibilities • Lead and instruct using our established educational programs. • Inspire and support students during lessons to achieve their academic goals. • Engage with parents to discuss student progress and recommend additional educational services as necessary. • Ensure educational success through regular program evaluations and adjustments. • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of part-time educators. • Collaborate with school staff to monitor student development in key foundational skills. • Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach in all endeavors. • Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the profound impact on students' lives. • Handle administrative duties to further educational objectives. Required Skills • Strong communication and customer service abilities. • Exceptional multitasking skills in a dynamic environment. • Proven ability to establish rapport with K-12 students. Qualifications • A degree in Education or Teaching is preferred, although relevant experience in tutoring, coaching, or mentoring will also be considered. • A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
