Application SDLC Analyst Intern (Summer 2025 - Remote or Hybrid - New York)

Most importantly, the program acts as a pipeline for future opportunities. • Design and document process improvements with key benefits, expected results, and delivery timelines • Build relationships with functional and technical managers • Coordinate and drive impacts across teams to achieve objectives • Lead the collection and compilation of internal and external data and information related to initiatives • Assess and analyze information relevant to the objectives of the engagement • Conduct fact-finding interviews and lead group learning and/or brainstorming discussions with the purpose of identifying value creation opportunities and solutions within the scope of the initiative and its stated objectives • Track, report and monitor deployed initiatives to add value and ensure cooperation across stakeholders • Business analysis, modeling, KPI metrics development and performance • Knowledge of lean, methodology and tools to drive process improvement initiatives in a service environment • Strong attention to details; Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving • Experience driving change and measuring the impact • Interpersonal / relationship management skills Eligibility: • This internship is open to under grads (grad date Dec 2025 - June 2027) or Master's students who are returning to school in the fall of 2025. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities closer to your graduation date. • You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June. • Interns will be required to work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program. • Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional). • Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships. Additional Information The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - 22.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
