As a Kidman Agency Insurance Customer Service Representative you'll receive: • Compensation: $48,000 - $50,000 base salary PLUS monthly bonus. • Retirement: IRA with 3% company match. • Paid Time Off (PTO) - 15 days available immediately upon hire (prorated based on the date of hire). • Health Insurance - Compatible with Health Savings Account. • $50,000 of Group Life Insurance Coverage • Paid professional development Our award winning insurance agency has an immediate need for a motivated, energetic insurance professional to join our team. Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:* • Insurance customer service experience (at least 1 year). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Possess a willingness to learn and be teachable (no egos please). • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life through assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages or products. • MUST HAVE a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License. Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members. • Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions. • Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. • Exhibit a strong work ethic • Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales.
