Remote Working is a work arrangement under which a staff member performs the duties and responsibilities of his/her position and other authorized activities from an approved alternate worksite other than the client worksite. Remote working is a work alternate that may be appropriate for some staff members and some jobs. It is not an entitlement; it is not a companywide benefit; and it does not change the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. This position is fully remote- CAMERAS ON AT ALL TIMES You must be a MD resident to apply You must have your own equipment which includes 2 screens, an ethernet hookup/ cable, equipment will be verified by employer High volume call center experience for 1 year+ is required There will be testing prior to employment, followed by a virtual interview You will endure 3 weeks of training, then 4 weeks of "nesting" No time can be missed for the first 7 weeks of employment The client deals with a variety of health insurance policies Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.63 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Choose your own hours Day shift Monday to Friday Location: Maryland (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
