As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and architecting solutions that redefine our media and entertainment experience across globally loved platforms such as Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more. You will play a significant role in driving the future of our digital and streaming products, ensuring they captivate millions, while enhancing business models to keep us ahead in the industry. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and integrate business-critical features across Disneys digital platforms. Lead the design of complex technical projects to foster innovation and set a roadmap for future technology strategies. Contribute to product and solution designs, addressing strategic issues and spanning multiple product groups. Develop technology strategies responsive to overall company objectives, supporting key business segments and stakeholders. Set technical direction and drive technology innovation within multiple product segments, anticipating future business needs. Must-Have Skills Hands-on professional experience with Living Room Device development (8+ years). Comprehensive knowledge in at least one of Roku, tvOS, Android TV, Fire TV, Browser Based Devices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
