Position Overview NVISION, part of BradyPLUS, is currently searching for an Account Manager with the ability to manage complexity, build relationships, mentor teams and deliver results in a customer-facing role. Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, this position exposes the associate to all aspects of our business including account teams, internal operations, and shared services all in support of one or more program clients. This individual would be expected to gain a thorough comprehension of the needs of the customer as well as a complete understanding of the value that NVISION brings to the partnership. Interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to be both analytical and consultative in nature are essential core competencies. The hired individual will be expected to handle all aspects of managing the day-to-day relationship with clients while meeting or exceeding business performance plans and leading/developing a team. This role is high profile, high impact with defined accountability and strategic responsibility linked to the ultimate success of the account, division and the company.

Responsibilities

Will Include But Are Not Limited To • Develop strategic vision and proactively seek opportunities to improve self, company and client • Ability to shape customer’s expectations properly and communicate effectively • Advise/consult on cost savings opportunities • Acquire expertise on NVISION system offerings and technology platforms • Establish and report metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to quantify program results • Demonstrate expertise in Strategic Supply Chain Management and educate the customer on our value and service offerings • Proactively address issues in a timely and professional manner. Solve problems and escalate issues or opportunities when appropriate and/or warranted • Oversee A/R process to ensure timely payments from client • Manage complex campaigns from initiation to completion • Possess keen ability to mentor, motivate and drive team atmosphere within account staff, lead by example and utilize education and ongoing training for the betterment of the team • Continually present innovative ideas, technology and solutions that will bring value to the client • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting regarding ongoing strategy, state of the program and new business opportunities for BradyPLUS that exist with the client • Understand and advise on supply chain efficiencies: warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, etc. • Coordinate business reviews, build presentations and present to key customers • Follow through on all commitments in a timely manner • Ensure that the account operates at the highest level of profitability and the current contract is maximized and leveraged to the fullest extent The Ideal Candidate Will Have • 2+ years’ work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Graphic Communications or related field; MBA is a plus • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively prioritize, lead and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate setting • Proven ability to effectively build relationships, take quick, decisive action, and be assertive when necessary. Experience in cross-functional and indirect leadership roles is essential • Independent drive to proactively seek out new opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving • Customer focus; analytical approach; highest attention to detail; intellectual curiosity • Background in one or more of the following adds value in this position: Permanent Merchandising, Temporary Point-of-Sale, overall Print Production process and/or Promotional Products Pay Range: $80k-$120k #IndeedBradyPLUS1 BradyPLUS (and its subsidiaries) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
