Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Remote | WFH

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable using computer systems and applications.
