What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field • Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce. • This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters. • Rotations: Fall 2025, Summer 2026, Spring 2027 • Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office • Must be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision • Must be detail-oriented and perform well under pressure • Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projects • Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. • Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization • Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters • Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of SmartSheet is a plus • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
