About The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead the Sellers Club program within the Community and Influencers team, which is a part of the Growth Organization. The Sellers Club is a subscription-based program designed to educate our merchants through a combination of a community, print-on-demand courses, and mentorship from leading industry experts. This role requires a visionary who can seamlessly blend project management, technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive the success of the program.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
- Project Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the Sellers Club program, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap for Sellers Club, incorporating community-building initiatives, educational courses, and mentor programs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
- Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical components, such as setting custom acquisition touch points, improving the user journey and other platform features.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of updates and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues impacting the project.
- Marketing collaboration & customer acquisition:
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to design and execute acquisition campaigns that drive customers to the Sellers Club and convert them to paying members.
- Work with the email marketing teams to ensure effective promotion of the Sellers Club within the merchant lifecycle.
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of Sellers club content such as courses, live events, and other campaigns.
- Monitor trends in the e-commerce and print-on-demand space to keep the content relevant and valuable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with other teams within the Growth department and beyond to ensure the program is integrated with broader company initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Sellers Club.
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Project/Product Manager, preferably within the marketing or growth focus area.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers and technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, mentors, and community.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is a plus.
- A proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Passion for empowering and supporting entrepreneurs or sellers in their journey to success.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
- Monthly salary EUR 2500–3500+ gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
