Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do: Design with Purpose – Create infographics, motion graphics, and digital assets that simplify blockchain and fintech concepts.

Data Storytelling – Translate complex financial and blockchain data into digestible, visually compelling designs.

Brand Identity – Ensure designs align with Caiz’s mission of ethical, Fiqh-compliant blockchain finance.

Cross-Cultural Appeal – Develop visuals that speak to a global audience, cutting through language barriers.

Research & Innovation – Stay ahead of design trends, explore new creative formats, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Experience

• A visual communicator – You can distill complex topics into clean, intuitive, and engaging graphics.
• Proactive & Idea-Driven – You don’t just execute; you research, present, and push creative boundaries.
• Blockchain & Fintech Aware – You understand or have a strong interest in crypto, fintech, and finance.
• Detail-Oriented & Adaptive – You can work within brand guidelines while still pushing for innovation.
• Skilled in Design Tools – Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (motion design skills in After Effects or Lottie are a plus).

Level of studies: Bachelor or Master Degree in Design or similar
