Role summary:

As a Lead Mobile Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind the development of groundbreaking features and updates for our mobile applications. Leveraging your deep understanding of the mobile landscape and app stores, you'll lead your team to create a mobile AI companion that users will adore and rely on daily. With over a million downloads in just the first two weeks post-launch, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a product that's already captivating a massive audience. Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Inspire: Lead the design and implementation of new mobile features, collaborating closely with our mobile lead to push the boundaries of what's possible.

• Empower Your Team: Act as a facilitator and orchestrator, removing obstacles and fostering an environment where your team can focus on creating impactful solutions.

•Bridge Product and Technology: Serve as the key liaison with our Product lead, translating vision into technical reality with a keen eye for UI/UX sensibility.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement solutions that delight users and drive business value.

• Performance Excellence: Ensure our mobile applications are high-performing, stable, and responsive, continuously enhancing user satisfaction.

• Architectural Vision: Drive the evolution of our mobile architecture, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating seamless mobile payment infrastructure.

• Code Quality and Automation: Uphold the highest standards of code quality through rigorous reviews, unit testing, and automation.

• Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of mobile development trends and technologies, mentoring engineers and fostering the growth of our mobile engineering team.

• End-to-End Ownership: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring our app shines in the stores.

Qualifications & Profile:

• Significant expertise in mobile engineering using React Native, with a preference for experience in B2C contexts.

•Deep consumer and UX/UI sense.

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a preference for previous startup or fast-paced/demanding environments.

•Autonomous and self-starter profile.problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication.
