The Role

The Veeva MedTech Team is looking for an experienced Account Partner to drive sales within a defined segment of Enterprise customers and prospects for Medical Devices & Diagnostics. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva MedTech Suite solutions.

The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various customers, business functions, organizational levels (including C-level) and business departments (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Commercial). Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory & account sales strategy
  • Contribute to Team Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
  • Meet and exceed your assigned revenue quota
  • Analyze & understand customer’s vision & business objectives and relate them to Veeva’s solutions
  • Focus on lead & pipeline generation, manage the sales process through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
  • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
  • Report and maintain respective territory & account strategy incl. opportunity management via Veeva’s CRM
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience & min. 3-5 years of sales or business development experience - preferably software sales, professional services into the Medical Device & Diagnostic industry
  • Track record in prospecting whitespace customers & establishing a relationship
  • Experienced in executing full sales cycles from lead to closure while managing a territory with various customers
  • Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Be willing to travel as required
  • Native German speaker, fluent English
  • Located in Germany

  • Detailed process knowledge within the area of Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, or Clinical operations in the Medical Device & Diagnostics Industry
