Summary

Working in the shipping and receiving department the Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements. Responsibilities • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse manually or using a handheld scanner. • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances. • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system. • Identify and report close date product. • Secondary responsibilities will include vacation coverage for inventory planner & warehouse clerk • Responsible for handling the movement process for inbound/outbound freight including loading/unloading trucks, receiving product, managing and documenting arrival/unload/wait times • Reconciling of shortages/overages/variances • Conduct and record trailer check of parking lot, bin audits in warehouse. • Operational check-in of drivers returning from trade Qualifications • High school Diploma or GED Preferred • Basic PC applications Skill • Transportation/inventory experience preferred • Good customer service skills • Strong Math skills (count and reconcile inventory) • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach Additional Information Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
