Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries via phone, chat, or email. --Job Description: Your responsibilities will include utilizing various software tools to access customer accounts, researching policies, and delivering effective solutions. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
