The PMO office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Barcel USA. This role supports project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Enable execution of the company strategy through facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving in an Agile way, anticipating risks and resolving issues while transforming the companys way of working.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Communicate with marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, IT and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Assign and follow up on tasks, ensuring all stakeholders stay on track. Create accountability into the project team responsibilities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in project workflows and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Monitor potential risks and roadblocks, escalating issues and proposing solutions when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to project manager and leadership, ensuring transparency on project progress.
  • Act as business analyst to understand business process architecture and facilitate the execution of strategic projects.
  • Make recommendations as needed to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
  • Train teams on the Barcel USA Agile Mindset & Behaviors to boost the Agile Transformation.
  • Execute Communication Strategies to permeate the organization's Agile mindset and best practices.
  • Other assignments and responsibilities are based on the needs of the organization and PMO.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the CPG, retail, or manufacturing industry.
  • Associate Level College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Background in marketing operations or product launches within the industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and processes. (Agile, Waterfall, Agile Hybrid, Design Thinking, etc.)
  • Change Management experience is preferred.
  • Proactive Mindset with strong organizational, problem solving, & time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CPG operations, including product development, packaging, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to do public speaking, leading and motivating others.
  • Comfortable Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
  • Possesses the Ability to quickly learn and become comfortable with uncertain environments & new ways of working.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals.
