Sports Bar/Restaurant Server
Description The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for an experienced Serverto join the Bonnie and Clyde's team! The Bonnie and Clyde's Server set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment. Break down tables and clean up after events. Essential Requirements:
- Understand guests' service needs.
- Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team.
- Strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, off premise liquor consumption.
- Check cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.
- Lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Handle guest complaints.
- Complete closing side duties.
- Properly store all reusable goods.
Qualifications:
- This position requires server experience in a full service high volume restaurant/sports bar
- Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must have TABC certification, Food Handlers Certificate.
