MKT Project Coordinator - Mandarin Preferred

Overview: Project Coordinator would play vital role in overseeing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and using Agile methodologies to achieve project goals. Responsibility: Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: 1.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing project plans. 2.Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure timely project completion. 3.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. 4.Proficient in using MS Project or other similar project management and tracking tools for comprehensive project monitoring and execution. Communication: 5.Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues. 6.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors. 7.Prepare and distribute project-related documents, including timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes. Resource Management: 8.Manage project resources, including budgets, materials, and personnel. 9.Ensure that project teams have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks. 10.Track and report on project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets. Scheduling and Logistics: 11.Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas and arranging materials logistics. 12.Oversee the organization of events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives. 13.Ensure that all project deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards. Data and Reporting: 14.Collect and analyze data to measure project performance and outcomes. 15.Prepare detailed reports on project status, including key metrics and insights. 16.Identify and recommend process improvements based on data analysis. Problem-Solving: 17.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 18.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. 19.Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements: 1.Proven work experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master 2.Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, XP etc.) 3.Strong knowledge of project management life cycles and the delivery of solutions within cost and time constraints 4.You have excellent communication skills. 5.Language proficiency (English, Mandarin) written and orally Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $4,000.00 per month Benefits:
