Park Manager - Airbnb, RV, & Campground Operations

Our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high-quality accommodations and seamless operations. We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive profitability for our locations. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of RV parks, campgrounds, and Airbnb rental properties.
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and on-site services.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities as needed.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and guest engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to perform maintenance when needed.
• Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Roverpass, Firefly) is preferred but not necessary.
