Due to the flexible nature of the freelance position, this role will be at various locations vs. a permanent retail store. You will have access to our digital platform, Kiehl’s Academy, where you’ll learn all about our brand, products and services and feel empowered to hit the sales floor running. Here’s how you’ll succeed: Build strong relationships with everyone in your store and authentic connections with your customers Express your passion for skincare: Inspire customers with products and trends through demonstrating products and sharing expert tips Be a Kiehl’s Ambassador in your local community to spread brand love, build relationships and drive sales Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives Take pride in your area by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of stock to best represent the brand

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and/or holidays imperative
