If you live and breathe titles, thumbnails, hooks, and strategy—we want you on our team! Role Description As our YouTube Strategist & Producer, you’ll take ownership of our content strategy, helping us increase views, engagement, and most importantly conversions to our subscription service on HDpiano.com. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure that every video maximizes its potential. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative YouTube producer/strategist who understands how to craft compelling titles, thumbnails, and hooks that drive engagement and conversions. They are highly organized, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and have a proven track record of managing and optimizing a YouTube channel to grow an audience and increase business impact.
