About the position Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults, providing them with essential skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching. The program aims to equip participants with both technical and professional skills, facilitating their entry into the workforce or further education. Responsibilities Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions. , Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce. , Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program. , Build professional business and communication skills, including interviewing and networking. , Develop a resume and gain ongoing support to launch a career. Requirements Must be between 18-29 years old. , High school graduate or GED recipient. , Eligible to work in the U.S. , Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration. , Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills. , Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
